Manage ALL your rental equipment suppliers in ONE system. From pumps and compressors, to mobile cranes and “pressure and vac trucks”, Site Rentals allows you to see all of your transactions while individual suppliers only see theirs. You can also manage your “owned equipment” as well through Site Rentals.
All transaction data is stored on a web server and made available to authorized individuals from Renter to Rental Equipment Supplier via any browser. Each supplier has real-time access to SiteRentals; they only see rental requests that are targeted to them. By involving suppliers directly in the process, decisions are made quickly and processes are more efficient.
SiteRentals supports multiple suppliers so competitive pricing can be used to select the appropriate one. Using multiple suppliers promotes competition and lowers costs.
SiteRentals automatically emails notifications that equipment is due to be returned prior to pick up date. Assurance of on-time equipment returns reduces unnecessary costs.
Reservations are made in advance, so suppliers see demand and can effectively manage supply. Advanced notice of equipment rental requirements assures availability and on time delivery.
Equipment is tracked from delivery to return; individuals are assigned responsibility – optional GPS devices on equipment can be used to track location and usage. Elimination of lost equipment reduces overall rental cost.
Preparation is key to a successful Turnaround (TA). Site Rentals isolates TA requests from normal operations and supports loading rental requests months in advance. Hundreds of requests can be uploaded automatically. A Supplier Readiness Survey is built into Site Rentals to monitor vendor and internal preparations. Reporting of KPIs allows for analysis of the TA process and identifies improvement opportunities for the next TA.
SiteRentals provides the ability to redeploy equipment on one project to another without having to return it – all done in cooperation with supplier. Efficient use of equipment already on site saves time and money.
SiteRentals provides data analysis and reporting of all transaction data – KPIs are set up for each customer to monitor process parameters that are most important. Performance measures for suppliers and internal users reveals process improvement opportunities.
SiteRentals tracks data from hour meters on supplied equipment – compare time on site vs. hours used. Analysis of hours used vs hours on site provides insight into utilization efficiency and leads to process improvements. SiteRentals also tracks manpower if supplied with rented equipment.
