  • Site.Work does not sell any portion of user data, information, and/or statistics

  • Site.Work does use user statistics for troubleshooting application performance and support

  • Site.Work reports can be opted out by the user at the bottom of the email

  • Site.Work does not send marketing emails to anyone including existing customers or potential customers

  • Site.Work retired computer equipment is disposed of requiring a Certificate of Destruction

 

INTRODUCTION

Our customer’s privacy is important to us, so the goal of this policy is to be transparent about what information Site.Work collects, uses, and shares.

By using any of various Site.Work applications you are consenting to the use of your information in the manner set out in the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to any of the provisions of this Privacy Policy, you should not use any of the Site.Work applications and you should elect to opt-out of any emails and/or reports you may have received by clicking the opt-out link at the bottom of the email.. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We only collect information that is critical to the operations of the Site.Work applications so that you can get the most out of the applications:

  • Email address – this serves as the username for the Site.Work applications User First and Last Name.
     

  • Query Performance – this allows us to monitor the system for slow performance in our applications and allows us to better optimize the system as part of updates to the system.

 

  • IP Address – we use Cloudflare to protect both and optimize the Site.Work applications and all
    communications between the end-user browser and the Site.Work servers.

     

 

 

HOW WE COLLECT YOUR DATA


Method 1: Information you provide

  • Email address: You provide your email address in order to log in to the Site.Work applications also known as self-registration.

  • First and Last name: You provide your first and last name as part of the self-registration process.

  • Support and Correspondence: When you ask for support or correspond with us about our applications, we will review your connection and queries ran if appropriate.

Method 2: Data collected by Technology

  • Usage data: We collect data about the use of the Site.Work applications in order to provide and improve the applications.

Method 3: Information your company or co-workers provide

  • Email address: The customer’s administrator may enter your email address into the system to create an account for you to login with. Co-workers may enter your email address as additional recipients of reports that will be emailed to you.

  • First and Last name: The customer’s administrator may enter your first and last name in order to complete the setup of your logon account.
