HOW IT WORKS
In a world cluttered with manual processes, there stands a challenge for efficiency. What better way than having a helpful hand in the madness to make sense of it all. We want you and your supply chain to feel like a team in a system that feels more like Facebook than a rigid ERP system. The entire team needs to be able to keep track of your shared assets…your people, your contractors' people, your lodges, your rooms, your equipment.
Site.Work is a collection of process and analytics applications built for making sense of onsite operations. Driving efficiency into this process requires the collective knowledge of your internal employees and the vendors in your supply chain. Site.Work’s scalable, secure, cloud systems we’ve created to bring all stake holders together to request, review, approve, track, and then measure for improvement. SiteStays, our reservation engine and property management system for onsite travel and remote camp accommodations has been in continuous 24 x 7 operations since 2009 with over 300,000 unique employees served from over 200 contractors. SiteRentals came to life in 2010 to ensure efficient onsite rental equipment requests, drop-offs, pickups, and onsite tracking all while allowing competition among your rental suppliers and enforcing vendor specific contractual terms. SiteForecast is the latest product in the family added in 2015. Easy configuration and integrations allow this product to be used site wide and departmentally. Contractors participate with your team in the forecasting process and are aware and accountable for variance to actuals.

When managing workforce logistics, it is important to know how many workers PLAN to come to site and how many ACTUALY arrive. SITE FORECAST is a web-based application that allows Contractors to input their daily FORECAST of workers coming to site as well as the personnel who actually arrive each day. The VARIANCE between FORECAST and ACTUAL has a direct impact on your COSTS of transportation, accommodations, food service and security. Your planners must procure room capacity in advance, so an accurate forecast is critical. SITE FORECAST let’s contractors know when their VARIANCE is too high and requires them to explain it.
Coordinate site activity plans efficiently
When forecasting workforce activity, Site Forecast becomes that SHARED tool that contractors and Oil Companies use for accurate predictions. Knowing in advance who is coming to site enables proper planning for accommodations, transportation and meal service. Accurate forecasts eliminate overspending for unnecessary support services.
Oil company personnel have the authority and tools to manage the access to Site Forecast. With potentially hundreds of contractors using Site Rentals, changes to access rites occur often.
DASHBOARDS - REPORTING
Graphical views of forecast, actual and variances are provided to give an overview of the flow of workers coming to site, both planned and actual. A rolling forecast showing activity for the past year reveals the trends of workers needed on site. Reports of all types can be created and automatically distributed at your desired frequency.
WORKFLOW - APPROVALS
Enter data, Submit, Review and Approve are the four steps to forecast processing that assure accuracy and that both contractor and Oil Company are matching their plans for project requirements – collaboration is the key to an accurate forecast.
NOTIFICATIONS - ACCOUNTABILITY
If significant gaps exist between forecast and actual, contractors are notified and are required to explain why this occurred. By monitoring these causes and taking steps to reduce the gaps, forecasts get more accurate and costs are kept under control.
Contractors know who they are sending to site each day and provide the most accurate forecast of support service needs. When they log on to Site Forecast, they see only those Cost Centers that apply to their projects. By entering the number of workers they are sending to site over the next 30 days, and then updating the actuals each day, Oil companies can effectively prepare for accommodations, food service and transportation.
